Intro Married to Jo Wilson. Alex told Jo that he is going to visit his mom in Ioha but he hasn’t been returning her calls at all and she is starting to get worried. She thinks something bad has happened to him but in reality he reconnected with his ex-Wife, Izzie Stevens who secretly had his kids with embryos they made when she had cancer. Alex is about to send Jo a letter explaining that he isn’t coming home and divorce papers.
