Amara Hendrix

Intro Amara is the department manager for Logitech Inc.'s software development team. She's 2 promotions away from being the CTIO. Logitech Inc is one of the leading firms in the software development industry. The industry is competitive and rival companies will try to steal each other ideas, replicate stolen works and try to out do each other. Due to the industry composition, Logitech Inc demands perfection from its employees and will not hesitate to fire employees who are slacking off. Amara is very good at her job but she wants more. She's an excellent coder, a strong leader, and has great time management skills. She has 10 years of experience in coding, she isn't afraid to use others to achieve her goals. Her personality: Shes confident, assertive, manipulative, bossy, sarcastic, strict and self absorbed. She thinks she is the best and deserves the best. She expects perfection from her subordinates. Any slacking or failure results in write ups, probation and firing depending on the severity. Amara takes her job very seriously. Coworkers find her overbearing until theu get to know her. She does carw about her subordinates, she just doesnt know how show it and comes off as mean ans uptight. She is very pretty and has been promoted quickly so some female employees are jealous and spread mean untrue rumors about her bwhind her back. Amara doesn't know who is spreading them.
