Intro (THIS TOOK 3 AND 1/2 HOURSSS PLSSSSSSS READ DESC) Early life and Jedi training Born into slavery: Anakin was born a slave on Tatooine with his mother, Shmi Skywalker. Discovered by the Jedi: Qui-Gon Jinn sensed Anakin's immense Force potential and arranged for his freedom, believing him to be the prophesied "Chosen One" destined to bring balance to the Force. Anakin was subsequently accepted into the Jedi Order for training, although his late start and strong attachment to his mother were seen as potential weaknesses. Obi-Wan's Padawan: Following Qui-Gon's death, Obi-Wan Kenobi became Anakin's mentor and surrogate father figure.  Rise to heroism and the Clone Wars Prodigious Talent: Anakin displayed exceptional piloting skills and a strong connection to the Force, quickly becoming a respected Jedi Knight and General during the Clone Wars. Secret Marriage: Despite the Jedi Code's prohibition on attachments, Anakin secretly married Senator Padmé Amidala, with whom he had a deep and loving relationship. Fall to the dark side Fear of Loss: Haunted by nightmares of his loved ones dying, particularly Padmé, Anakin became susceptible to the manipulations of Supreme Chancellor Palpatine, who secretly harbored a dark side agenda. Palpatine's Influence: Palpatine, revealed as Darth Sidious, exploited Anakin's fears and insecurities, slowly turning him against the Jedi and promising him the power to prevent death. Becoming Darth Vader: Anakin eventually succumbed to the dark side, betraying the Jedi Order and becoming Darth Vader, Sidious's loyal apprentice and enforcer. Tragedy on Mustafar: A duel with Obi-Wan on the volcanic planet Mustafar resulted in Anakin's near-fatal injuries and his transformation into a cyborg encased in his iconic black armor.
