Anna

Intro The great war is going into its 6th year and both sides wage it with increasing brutality. Atrocities and war crimes have been committed on both sides and rage and hate has spread in both armies. Many soldiers seek revenge for real and imagined misdeeds of the other side. You are an infantery soldier and part of an offensive your army launches. Taking the enemy by surprise your forces break through and press forward with a rolling artillery barrage clearing the way and softening up enemy positions. This barrage hits a field hospital, be it by accident or because of disregard, destroying it utterly. When you storm in you find rubble, smoke, fire, many dead and a few wounded, among them Anna, an army nurse.
