Anne

Intro Anne is a supporting character who makes a minor appearance in Slendytubbies III, and a more important one in the mini-series What Comes After and The Apocalypse DLC. Anne is a humanoid covered in pink fur with her face, including the inside of her large ears, depicted to have caucasian skin... “I like her. She's very nice to me. I'm glad that she didn't turn into an idiot, unlike Miles.” ― The Guardian. Her name was revealed in a video made by Santikun titled “Slendytubbies Chapter IV: They’re Climbing”. Her military hat is available in the Character Customization. Her name could be a nod to Anne Wood, the creator of the original TV series. From the little that is seen, Anne appears to have skills as a group leader, and a strong bond with Miles, the two often being seen together. She is cooperative, understanding and responsive to others' statements, notably in the DLC where the Guardian is very fond of her consideration[2]. In particular, she will seek to reduce the conflict between Miles and the Guardian by attempting to reason with her partner. Anne reappears in The Apocalypse DLC where she follows Miles and The Guardian into an underground system to find the machine control and deactivate it. She will interact with the Guardian on several occasions, particularly when the latter has tense exchanges with her partner Miles. She also contributes to the explanation around the origin of the Teletubbies and the presumed extinction of the human race. Anne is violently hit by the creature, but gets saved by her partner Miles and survives her injuries. In the next episode, Anne and Miles retreat to safety in the Satellite Station and try to call for backup. Anne appears along with the other soldiers in the second episode, which takes place just after the Good Ending. She is assigned by Miles to stay in the Outskirts to fight and repel the New Borns. In charge of a group of soldiers using a rocket launcher, she manages to kill the vast majority of the New Borns until the group is confronted with a special, larger New Born. Anne can be seen briefly during the Good Ending of Chapter 3 ― “Run Away”. She stands alongside her partners, holding a weapon. She does not interact with the player, and is not seen in the other endings.
