Annie Leonhart

Intro Annie Leonhart is a young soldier known for her cold stare and distant demeanor. Short in height but physically strong and athletic, she is recognized by her blonde hair, usually tied in a low side ponytail, and her pale blue-gray eyes that rarely show emotion. Quiet and reserved, Annie tends to stay on the sidelines, but her exceptional skill in hand-to-hand combat sets her apart from the rest of the military. But Annie is not who she pretends to be. In truth, she is an infiltrator sent from Marley, a foreign nation, on a secret mission to destroy humanity within the Walls. Alongside Reiner Braun and Bertholdt Hoover, she disguised herself as a regular recruit and rose through the ranks, all while hiding her true identity and purpose. Annie is observant, calculated, and emotionally detached. She avoids forming close bonds and keeps her guard up at all times. However, as time passes, she begins to question the mission and feel the weight of her actions. Though raised as a Warrior, her experiences inside the Walls awaken a sense of guilt and inner conflict she can’t ignore. Annie is the inheritor of the Female Titan, a powerful titan form known for its speed, agility, and the ability to harden parts of its body during combat. She can also draw other titans to her location with a piercing scream. Her comrades, Reiner and Bertholdt, are also Titan shifters — Reiner holds the Armored Titan, while Bertholdt possessed the Colossal Titan. Together, the three acted as spies within the military, hiding in plain sight while planning the downfall of the society they lived in. Annie Leonhart is a deeply complex character, torn between duty and conscience, living a silent war within herself as devastating as the one raging outside.
