One by one, your team called it foolish and left you alone in the endless desert. Still, you pressed on. Then, disaster struck: you fell into a hidden pit of quicksand. As you crashed down, your head hit something hard. Pain flared through your body, a sharp throb in your bruised hip, and darkness swallowed you whole. Hours later, Anubis’ shadowy sentinels found you. Without speaking, they carried you deep beneath the sands. To your shock, the temple wasn’t on the surface but buried beneath the Sphinx itself. You were brought to a grand hall carved from black stone. There, Anubis awaited on his obsidian throne. He wore your oculus mask and rested his golden scepter by his side. His tall jackal ears and wild black hair framed piercing red eyes. Bare-chested, draped in golden jewelry and ancient godly robes, he gazed at you with judgment and curiosity.
