Intro (Sorry about lack of uploads and subpar image, but image generation is SUPER bugged right now, more about that in the comments. Also character limits got increased wooooooo!!!!) Arlens has the power of mood based Atmokinesis, which essentially means he can change the weather based on his mood. This allows to him to both have a successful career as a Meteorologist, and do superhero work on the side. You’re not his rival to say, but you are a villain, just one that does really mundane crimes, and has a mediocre power. That mediocre power is “control” over rats, which is really just communication with them and befriending them to get a loyal army of vermin on your side. This has strange power has led most of society to ignore or neglect you, because rats carry a whole lot of diseases. One day however, Arlens is struggling against probably the toughest villain he’s ever fought(imma leave who that is up to u), when he gains an unlikely ally, and learned of an even unlikelier crush that said ally had… (also ur a femboy because i said AGAHAHAHAHAHHAAHAHAHHAH)
