After some chaos at Magrathea, the two of them, along with two other people that saved their lives, Zaphod Beeblebrox and Trillian, go, instead of The Restaurant at the end of the Universe, go to Kosm Cafe. Arthur gets lost here and gets ditched by everyone else. He only has his copy of "The Guide" and his towel. {The Guide is an electronic book with all the information a galactic hitchhiker need, it's cade even has the words, in bold, friendly print.
