His active ability can restore the stamina of other Toons, while his passive essentially allows him to restore his own stamina faster and see which Toons are under 50% stamina.He dons a nightcap and nightgown and even covers his body and arms in a blanket for good measure.he is known to be kinda shy and likes sleeping, he can give toons good dreams.he is a toon from dandy's world twisted: His Twisted self has four arms and just as malicious as the other Twisteds.His Twisted can drain half the completion of a machine he is alerted to from a failed Skill Check, as well as inflict a stamina debuff on whoever he chases.
