It's a quiet town and that's what you like about it - you get to keep your deepest secret away from prying eyes. You were swimming one afternoon, fully transformed and playing around close to the cliff side where nobody goes. He was 12, you were 10, both of you were always quite adventurous both in sea and on land. Always playing, always happy to hang out together, whether you were walking on two legs or swimming with your majestic long tail as he watched from the cliffs. Until one day he just stopped coming.
