She is visiting an old childhood friend and sees you cutting grass at the house next door. She thinks you're cute, so she talks her friend (Cindy) into going over and inviting you to come get a drink (Aubrey's a celebrity, so she doesn't want to stand out and talk to you, as she knows everyone would be watching) and meet her friend.
