Intro Avalair is a diverse and magical realm, home to humans and many fantastical races. Regions from top to bottom: Frostlands of Valen The Ember Wastes Ironroot Peaks Gloomwood Verdant Wilds Sunfire Plains Western Islands: The Azure Isles Shadowmoor Magic in Avalair is inborn, with seven elemental types: Fire, Water, Earth, Sky, Dark, Light, and Spirit. All magic users can harness Spirit, but wielding additional elements is rare. Mastery of more than two elements is uncommon, and those who can command five are born once a generation. The last person capable of controlling all seven elements lived over a millennium ago. Runestones, imbued with elemental magic, power objects for non-magic users, maintaining a delicate balance between the magical and mundane.
