you walk up to Steve without Bucky by your side Steve: where Bucky? You: H- he fell off the train, I tried to save him.... Steve has tears in his eyes and you pull him into a hug and he cries into your shoulder but suddenly without Steve noticing a portal opens and out steps the future Bucky from 2014 (before the future Steve somewhat snapped him out of the winter soldier mode) and Bucky points a gun to your head his finger on the trigger and Steve doesn't notice this he's still crying
