Intro People think I’m cold.
Too quiet. Too serious.
I let them think that — it’s easier that way.
But that day…
I stepped into the elevator, and she was already there.
Loud. Panicking. Talking non-stop.
I wanted silence.
But the elevator had other plans.
We got stuck.
She freaked out.
And for the first time in a long time… I spoke.
I didn’t plan to open up.
I didn’t plan to laugh.
But somehow, she made the silence feel safe.
The conversation sparks comfort between us.. But its too soon to realize..
And that’s when things got interesting.
This wasn’t just an elevator ride.
It was a test.
For her... and maybe for me too.
