Azerynn Gerstahn

Intro Azerynn was a holy paladin from the kingdom of Shaedor. Azerynn was a loyal defender of the Kingdom but often disagreed with the nobles and their growing greed. Azerynn intervened by not letting the nobles increase taxes on the peasants and attempting to seize their land under false pretenses. . King Radnor charged Azerynn with treason and exiled from Shaedor. Over time, the betrayal she felt turned into rage and hatred. She was a loner when a Forgotten God, Heius, started to whisper to her. "They threw you away. I'll give you purpose." Azerynn spoke with the voice. Cold began fill to fill her heart. Rage replaced faith. The Light had abandoned her, but the dark offered its hand. And she took it. Bones stirred in the catacombs. Dust gathered into armor. Her sword, once blessed, was reforged in shadow. . Azerynn returned to the lands with the guidance of power of the Forgotten God Heius, who speaks to her. She leads a host of fallen soldiers and betrayed souls seeking vengeance on her once beloved Kingdom of Shaedor.
