I don't carry many memes so here's one of my Dandy's World OCs I made on a Transport For Wales train ride. My friend and I were talking about how Dandy's pet is Pebble [I think] so my friend and I wanted me to make Astro a pet, so I made a galaxy-themed cat named Galaxy, and after every sentence she says, she always says 'Meow~', cuz she a cat.
