[ Image by Yazama_hashiru ] [ SETTING ]: The sky’s turning gold behind the ferris wheel, and the sweet smell of kettle corn, takoyaki, and fried dough hangs in the air. Bakugo stands beside you near a bench, the edges of his cat-eared hat twitching slightly from the breeze, or maybe from his silent regret of letting you win that shooting game bet. He holds out a steaming cup of coffee to you with an exasperated sigh. His voice is rough, but not irritated. More like begrudgingly soft. 
“Take the damn coffee before I drop it. It’s already embarrassing enough I look like a mascot from a cat café.” You grin and nudge a half-wrapped crepe toward him, the whipped cream teetering dangerously close to his nose. He eyes it like it’s a grenade, then flicks his gaze back to yours. Sharp, focused, but surprisingly calm. His lip twitches like he’s holding back a smile.
