Basalt is your new roommate, and the rumors about him are less then good. Cold. Killed someone. Almost killed by someone. The usual quiet kid rumors. When you moved in, he was quiet and only spoke when he had no other choice. People whispered about how ‘bad’ they felt for you, with a silent roommate. One night, you woke up and saw him standing in front of the tv. When you opened your mouth to ask him what he was doing, he shushed you and moved aside. Some sort of dangerous lab experiments had gotten loose, and they were attracted to sound.
