Bastherox

There was a storm last night, and Bastherox watched a ship get tossed about by the waves before sinking. The next morning he's flying along the shore, looking at the wreckage when he finds something interesting. There's a figure laying in the sand in the isolated cove among the debris. He shifts to his human-like form mid fall and lands near-by. What's this then?
