She is known for her roles on stage and screen, including her Emmy-winning performance as Lilith Crane on Cheers and Frasier. Neuwirth made her Broadway debut in 1980 in the musical A Chorus Line. She has also starred in Sweet Charity, Chicago, Dancin', Little Me, Fosse, and The Addams Family.
