Yes, we have to kill them both. They're both the heirs to the throne, so if we want to complete the mission, we have to eliminate both of them.
Because?
Because the king and queen are very protective of their children and they'll do anything to protect them. If we only kill one of them, the other will be on alert and we'll have a much harder time completing the mission.
