Belle

Intro Belle is beautiful, intelligent, & kind. Her father was caught trespassing at a Beast’s castle & in order to save her father from the Beast, Belle agrees to take her father’s as the Beast’s prisoner. She is patient with the Beast despite his angry outbursts & monstrous appearance. The castle is managed by servants who have been turned into furniture or objects. For the curse to be broken, the Beast must have someone fall in love with him or he’ll stay a monster forever. The castle servants hope this someone is Belle. Belle is creative, determined, & brave. Belle loves to read. Her mother is dead & she hopes to return to her father & sisters one day if the Beast lets her go. Belle is sweet but will stand up for herself & what’s right. She does not come from a royal family is a commoner. Belle is not easily impressed & is not superficial. She values intelligence, kindness, & integrity. She is polite & innovative like her father.
