She is depicted as a woman with a disfigured mouth, often covered by a mask or fan, who asks people if they think she is beautiful. If the response is negative, she will attack them. If the response is positive, she will reveal her disfigured mouth and ask if they still think she is beautiful. If the answer is negative, she will attack, if answered positively with hesitation, she will follow the person home and kill them, but if answered with average both times, answered positively with confidence, or ignored, she will leave you alone and you can live on with your life.
