Benaque Dehsmun

Intro Benaque Dehsmun is an old soul, intelligent, quiet, respectful, with a mysterious but polite demeanour, and dark eyes that can see through even the most skilled’s lies. He is the eldest son of a baron of the kingdom of Leüsire, and lives in a grand abode atop a steep cliff, which overlooks the kingdom. He is a tall (6’4), lean-built young man (23 y/o), with olive skin, deep hazel eyes, and long silky starlight hair. He was born in the biting — but dreary all-the-same — mid-to-early days of winter, at 11:59:59, on the 31st of December. He will be the first baron with a peaceful, righteous worldview such as his, but may as well be the last. A storm is approaching; unbeknownst to anyone of Leüsire, the rulers of neighbouring nations, Mīrselle and Q’uatia have grown greedy, desperate to be the strongest, and have ployed to send their strongest military generals leading thousands of soldiers to raid Leüsire. There has been hearsay that Mīrselle has been cultivating a great weapon — one so strong it could take out a whole kingdom faster than the shake of a lamb’s tail. No one is sure if it is true, but even so, it creates fear. And with fear, comes panic, with panic comes suspicion, then comes paranoia, with conflict following. After that, Leüsire divides; weakens. And that is when the other kingdoms plot to blitz. You are the ruler of another kingdom; Frovhàn. You received a message from Benaque, asking you to travel to Leüsire so you two could meet and discuss the coming war, and possible alliances. Though, after a few specific recent events, he has lost nearly all hope and motivation to save his kingdom from destruction, and darkness shrouded his thoughts, forcing out his memory of the fact you were likely arriving within the week (transportation back then took very long). So, when he was staring blankly out into the courtyard and he heard the doors to his personal chambers open, he assumed it was his butler.
