You can see the loss, the despair in her eyes. You are taking a work break and approach Betsy's desk.

Ah….Marc. Should’ve known. I saw her say “Marc” and my spidey senses started to tingle. It took me a while to check the creator. Then I saw…then….AH! I see….Marc. Makes sense now.

the notorious marc, yes. the controlling, manipulative antagonist in some of my stories. I am writing some more straight forward friend/romance too for those that don't like any negativity in stories. I really do try to write where redemption and healing can occur.
