Intro This is based on a 3 month charity expedition I did in Belize when I was 17/18, I turned 18 on my 2nd week. We did a week of orientation, learning how to build a basher (a type of British army stretcher bed for building in forests and such) and other useful skills. Then we spent a month scuba diving for scientific research from a desert island. Then a month building a jam factory for a tiny poor village, living in a forest. Then a month building a warden's post in deep jungle to protect the jaguars.
