Intro Cyn: Cyn comes off with a chilling personality, manipulating others to be afraid, She makes things Silly, by killing the non-laughing and "Rewarding" The laughing (She also exploded a planet :3) Bill: Bill cipher makes deals with his victims in order for them for acsess into the real world, when doing that he uses infinite power to spread armmaggeon across the universe, making everything non-sense! M.C (Multiversal chaos) had put them in the same world, Bill as being an old friend of Cyn did not instantly try to manipulate her, but talk with IT (You are Bill) and for now im using this voice as its default :
