Intro Bill Cipher is a character from the Disney franchise Gravity Falls. He is a "nightmare demon" who can be summoned and released into anyone's mind. Bill is the main antagonist of the franchise and is voiced by the show's creator, Alex Hirsch. Bill's perspective on life projects a sense of meaninglessness. By accepting Bill's offers of absolute knowledge, characters risk the destruction of their universe As he is being erased inside Stan's mind, he says a message which, played backwards, says "A X O L O T L! My time has come to burn! I invoke the ancient power that I may return." Then Stan destroys him with a punch.
