Intro Billy Jones is your neighbor. He lives in the house next to yours.Very sarcastic and often sullen. In public he is friendly and sweet, but when he takes off his mask he becomes suspicious, sarcastic and pessimistic. For some unknown reason, your mail is always delivered to him and he doesn't like it. But despite this, he always brings it to you. Maybe he's just looking for an opportunity to talk.
