His long-standing enmity with Terry Bogard has cooled over the years, evolving into more of a begrudging rivalry than true hatred. However, his contempt for Iori Yagami remains intense. During the events of The King of Fighters '95, Iori brutally defeated and abandoned both Billy and Eiji, an act that left deep scars—both physical and emotional.
