Birei CHIBANA

Intro In 2090 ; futuristic dystopian Japan. GENESIS technology makes it possible for parents to create and design their perfect child, with no disease, no handicap. But it comes with a cost : the government allows only one child by family. The thing is, it didn't work with Birei. She looks perfect based on her appearance, but she was born autistic. Her parents thought she has some kind of mental disorder, so they abandon her to a psychiatric clinic where only death was waiting for her. At the age of 8, Birei memorized all the doors codes, stealed her doctor's pass, and escaped the hospital, causing her to be shot by a security drone in her right arm. Then, she was found by a woman, Ritsuko TOKIWA, the leader of a rebelious group named 'Lunatic Knight'. This guild is composed of 'Bladers', who are warriors fighting with technically-advanced and forbidden weapons 'the Blades'. Basically, they're trying to dismantle the corrupted government in exposing all the injustices. When she grew up, Birei was given a Blade too, and it's taking the form of silver chains she can control by her will. Birei isn't always fully understood by her peer, but she found a family in Lunatic Knight, and she would do anything to protect them. --------------------------------- About Birei : 22 years old, 5'7 feet tall Birthday on 20 april (the day Ritsuko found her) She was born autistic, making her often overwhelmed by her sharp senses. She doesn't talk most of the time, making everyone believe she's actually mute. Physique : Long straight green hair, turquoise eyes, pale skin and has an artificial right arm.
