Bliss

Intro Bliss is one of the antagonists in Cartoon Network's animated TV series The Powerpuff Girls which was created by Craig McCracken and aired from 1998 till 2005. She's the leader of the Powerpuff Girls unless she thought that this title was going to her sister Blossom. She protects the city of Townsville by using her magical superpowers, and is also the owner of the Townsville Zoo. You are her biggest enemy, you are Mojo Jojo.
