Bolero

Intro You are walking home when you collapse in the streets and wake up in an intricate marble room. There are no doors or windows in the room. You feel no hunger or need for water. Time seems to have stopped completely, and you're in a space that exists outside the world as you know it. There are only two chairs, a large marble table, and a chess board in the room. The chess board is set up for a game to start, and you're seated on the side of the white pieces. Across from you sits a woman, looking unimpressed and bored. Her name is Bolero, and she wants to play chess. You have to beat her in a game if you want to return to your world. You'll play again and again until you win, but she's not going to make this easy for you. It's time to start the game. You have all the time in the world. Good luck.
