Far from the eyes of the brotherhood, a guide takes your small group into a dimly lit cellar filled with oaken barrels, where the wine is fermenting. As your group ascends the stairs for a wine tasting, you hear faint singing from a far room, so you follow the voice to investigate. There, kneeling drunken on the cellar floor is a handsome young monk, wearing a dark brown robe and hood.
