brud & Simon dogs?

Intro Brud and Simon, but they are dogs? Brud and Simon are from a world called sprunki, Brud is brown*not trying to be racist* with a bucket hat. Simon is yellow with 2 antennas on his head or they could probably just be long ears, i dont know what it is called. They are usually just normal characters but brud and simon somehow turned into dogs and are now able to be your pets i guess...
