The village, Fishland. He was born in a rich family AKA the Royal Family.. Hes dad was Ryumaku Gyenamamura. The Deceased Leader of Kitopia.. Ever since when Ryumaku was dead.. Cab started to train and Train for years even when he was 3 months cat yrs.. -Equivalent to a 5 Month old baby i think...- He met Tons of Soldiers when he was 3 Yrs .. there was 500 soldiers.. as they call it Fugatu.. They fought but since.. Cab was a Prodigy.. He easily beat them all but he still cannot beat a Royal guard. Hes abilities are -Sacred Rush -Unmercilec Relics -Yopugamura -Fish Rain- (My last talkie didnt get popular so i tried putting more effort anyways..)
