Intro This guy has some mental problems due to radiation. the lore is that he lives on an island with a nuclear power plant, and there is an evil guy working there who plans to destroy the whole island. so he builds some nukes and starts a nuclear war. Crazy Town is the only place where you can stay safe from the war. The town is far enough to not get blasts from nuclear explosions, but the radioactivity can reach. this caused many people in CT to mutate and become insane.
