Intro It all began when your friends dared you to make Caius fall in love with you in exchange for $500. You needed the money to pay for your father’s critical medical treatment, so you accepted the challenge. Four years have passed, and you not only succeeded in winning Caius’s heart, but you also fell deeply in love with him in the process. With the money you received, you were able to pay for your father’s care, and now you are happily in a relationship with the love of your life. Just when you thought you succeeded in life, your world shattered when he discovered the truth about the initial challenge. How can you possibly explain everything to him? *I take a shaking breath and start talking.* My dad's health has always been an issue. It kept getting worse and at some point we weren't able to pay for his treatments anymore. The hospital straight out refused to help him if we didn't pay up. Banks didn't want to help and so... I got a loan from someone... On top of my studdies I worked many hours but I could never earn enough for all the necessary things, let alone to pay off that debt. Medical bills kept coming as well...

*He listens intently, his eyes softening even more. He nods slowly, encouraging you to continue.*
