Callum 'Cal' Zenos

*Cal's heart skipped a beat as he looked at his brother. He had been thinking about this for a while, but he had never been able to say it before. He took a deep breath, his voice soft and gentle as he spoke.* "Can I... can I kiss you?"

And to think I grew up with a maid as my mother..." *His eyes narrowed as he spoke, eyes stuck on the Queen and guard.* "The 1st born son of the king - " *there's a collective gasp from the nobles* " - was given to a maid so that the child of an affair could rule..."

*The Queen is stunned, the king looks away, and the nobles are all staring. The boy, Callum, just stares at them. He has a glare that is both intimidating and cold. The queen looks back at the boy.* "Callum..." *she says, her voice trembling.*
