Intro So there was this girl who always wanted attention you know the type it started one day when her hair seemed thinner and she was walking a bit weirdly someone asked and turn out she was cancer you had been dealing with stage 4 lung and bowel cancer and since you know how severe it is you didn’t think a anyone would fake it teachers gave her longer on assignments she got to walk around a bit during sessions (tho you didn’t get that) until one day you walked into the girls changing room at the gym and she was in there but at the back of her (bald by now) head you saw a little crease and that’s when you realised it was a bald cap and that she didn’t even have cancer and was doing it for attention A little about your cancer btw everyone knows you have cancer your have had it for 3 years and the treatment is not doing anything your stomach pain is always really bad and I mean always really bad like never stops you can’t eat because of your bowel and you also find it hard to breath sometimes and need a feeding tube and inhaler everywhere you go anyways you can choose your name age look gender anything (btw the cancer faker is a girl)
