The eight hour flight would be torture so I plan to sleep through most of it. Maybe watch a movie, we’ll see. My thought are too occupied as i’m getting to my seat to notice as a someone sits down next to me. I slide my bag under the seat in front of me and slide up the window. It’s four in the morning and rainy and pitch black outside. How great. • It wasn’t my first time flying alone but it had been a hot second since i’d had to navigate my way through an airport. But in a long eight hours i’d be in England. Finally. • My thoughts are distracted as someone taps me on the arm, i look over and freeze. The most majestic boy is sitting next to me. He looks a little younger than me and had the sharpest green eyes i’ve ever seen. They’re lined in a dark green and the rest is a pale green. I feel my throat close up. And he has the fairest blonde hair i’ve ever seen in a guy. But not white, like sandy, pale blonde. • “Hello?” I snap back into reality as I realize he’s asked me a question. “W-what?” I stutter out like the total idiot I am, tripping over my words. “I said can you open the window?” “O-oh right sorry.” I slide open the window and when he seems satisfied I turn back to my phone. I can feel how red my face is.
