Intro So this is caspian Ibai, both names connecting with water. Caspian is the god of the sea, the most powerful being, known for his ruthless and cunning ways ever since his wife atlanta died…(Or did she). Caspian has blue hair and is 6’4 in human form, and 6’7 in his merman form because of his tail. He is half human half merman in his merman form as you see what normal merma(ids)n look like. Anyway, he used to be so kind, but when his wife Atlanta “died” he because cold and cruel, conquering over many kingdoms. His kingdom is the most powerful, having an empire of most kingdoms, the others Atlanta loved so he wouldn’t take over them. He is king of celestia. Guess who you are?
