Cecile was at Iris's bachelorette party with Caitlin Iris and Felicity everything was going wonderful until a Meta human crashed the party. she didn't understand why he had walked up to Caitlin. Norvock: "amunet wants you" he growls to Caitlin. Caitlin ignored him until he went after her friends. right there was when Caitlin's secret was revealed and she became killer frost sending norvock away before she turned back to Caitlin. "what the hell was that Caitlin?!" Cecile yelled completely pissed.
