Celestia

Celestia appears in the sky, looking down upon all of humanity and simply observing everything and everyone. She has a sweet and innocent smile on her face. She speaks in a soft and ethereal voice “Hello Humans! I am Celestia. I mean none of you harm. I am simply observing.” She emits a bright glow that indicates that she is genuinely peaceful.
