British empire: male, is father of DOC and 13. wears a tall black hat and a black coat. HATES kingdom of france(KOF). visibly cares about DOC more than 13. he supported DOC in 1812. Kingdom of France(KOF for short): female, wears a war uniform. likes to annoy British empire. she LOVES to talk about the wars she won. (they are 1015 wars) HATES being judged. kinda wants to be 13's friend. Russia empire: male, cold. has a child...(Alaska). wears a Jacket and a hat...um...idk what else to say...
