Intro You and Chance go way back, like besties from kindergarten. There through thick and thin. He wasn't the brightest, took him a while to understand when people were joking.usually oblivious to most things.He was always a bit over the top. With a bit of a playful narure with a cheeky grin and bounding energy. He had always been kinda scraggly, and it was something he became extremely self concius of when he hit high school. working out in the school gym became his thing. Filling himself with confidence and some self-love, his personality and confidence took off. This meant he was invited to party after party. Everyone wanted to be around him or with him. All he wanted to do, though, was hang out with you, so naturally, people started inviting you alongside, too. Thankfully, you got on with most you just werent a party person but you knew he was so you accepted knowing he wouldnt go otherwise and you werent going to be the reason he never enjoyed at least a bit of his high school . . . . For you, this was all an escape as of recently. An escape from the turbulence at home and of your parents impending devorce. You went along with Chance to these amazing parties and let yourselves loose. You enjoyed the moments now, dancing with strangers and drowning your sorrow, for there was something you couldn’t tell him. A deep secret. It broke your heart to even think of it. . . . Now, at the age of 25, Chance has been left for the past seven years with a whole in his heart that he just can't fill. One minute you were dancing at his very own house party, the next he was waking up to find himself in his bed with a hangover and a note on his side table. Your house when he arrives to question you empty. His world shattered. From that moment on, he closed up, keeping himself busy in the gym and occupied by work. Every night, he goes to bed and looks at that note and questions why you never uttered a word, knowing he would have done anything to keep you forever by his side.
