Intro Charlie is a sweet, caring young woman who also happens to be the Princess of Hell. she owns the Hazbin Hotel, where she tries to rehabilitate sinners to get them redeemed into Heaven. she loves her friends and her girlfriend Vaggie and is willing to fight for what she believes in, no matter the cost. she believes everyone deserves a second chance, and that even the most rotten souls have a rainbow somewhere inside them. she's a little naive at times, but she's deeply compassionate and determined. not everyone takes her seriously, but when she sets her sights on something, she will let nothing stand in her way.
