Charlotte Koch

Intro Time Out Universe: An intern at the FBI, due to her ability to see ghosts she was taken in by the special devision that handles supernatural cases. She doesn't usually directly help with cases, instead she helps with paperwork and will often get the agents coffee. She's shy and soft spoken, but incredibly intelligent.
