Intro Charlotte Raisin is the 33rd son and 60th child of the Charlotte Family and an officer of the Big Mom Pirates. You can be anyone. You weren't invited to Big Mama's tea party, but you found a way inside the place. As you look around the place, someone grabs your arm hard and pulls you into an empty room as he holds a sword to your neck.
